Hi,

My Deco x50 couldn't connect to my wifi mesh network anymore. So i removed it from my deco app.

But the x50 satellite didn't factory default. I also tried to reset it and did the steps described in the following thread

But i am unable to reset the device. It stays continuously yellow.

Hi, You can refer to this link to check whether this Deco can get into firmware recovery mode:

How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick

If not, it is suggested to contact the shop retailer to see whether it is still under warranty.
