Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2 build 20240119 rel. 39178

Dear,

I have been experiencing an unstable network since I replaced my Telenet 360 pods with the deco XE75 system.
A Speedtest always gives me the maximum speed of my subscription.

However, a movie in Netflix starts and then needs 5 to 10 seconds of buffering before continuing. When advertising starts in YouTube, I get a black screen for 5 to 10 seconds between the YouTube film and the advertising.
In Google meet (suite, professional use), the audio and video regularly stops with the message "your network is unstable".

With Telenet's pods, I didn't have all these problems.

The Wifi is turned off on the Telenet router and the XE75 works in wifi-router mode.
I use the Mac address of the telenet router in the advanced settings.

What am I doing wrong?

I got 3 XE75 and 1 X50 outdoor (1 master hard wired directly to Telenet router, 2 and X50 outdoor by switch, 3 in garden house by wifi on x50 outdoor)

  @BertDe

Hi, welcome to the community.

Since Telenet 360 pods are also wireless routers, have you tried to remove the Telenet pod from the network and use Deco XE75 as the only router?

I think Double NAT sometimes could cause buffering and unstable issues.

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @David-TP Thanks for your feedback.

I forgot to mention that I disconnected the pots and brought them back to Telenet.

So there is only the XE75 active.
