wireless no reconnection
"Smart Connect" if it is not active, power off-on or in case of power failure, the devices could not automatically establish a wireless connection again. It is necessary to make the connection manually on the devices.

The issue sound a little strange. If the "Smart Connect" is off, did you set different wifi names for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi band? Can you share the screenshots of your wireless settings?
May I confirm the devices you mentioned usually connect to 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz wifi band?
You may take a factory reset and reconfigure the modem royter to check again.
