Can someone help me please? I've been to my internet provider who supplied the units.

I have a wireless Deco X58-4G modem and I want to attach a Deco X50 mesh system to it. I have followed all the steps in the app but it's not working. I have called the provider and no luck there. I think the issue is something to do with the fact the original modem is wireless. There must be something that I am missing.

This is an awesome community - can someone help please.
