Mercusys Router & TP Link
We have had a Mercusys router installed now we're using the TP link x55 booster mesh system. We currently have 4 including the main box.
we are finding the service very intermittent dropping in & out. Running speed tests we can get between 5-70mb - my family are getting extremely frustrated. Is this a TP set up error? A installation error? Or something else?
the connection just drops intermittently!

Hi, Nice to see you again.
Can I have the model number of your Mercusys 4G/5G router?
Did the 4*Deco X55 units wirelessly connect to each other, such as:
Mercusys 4G/5G Router--- <Ethernet cable> --- main Deco X55(in middle Bedroom)---- <Wi-Fi> --- Lounge Deco--- <Ethernet cable> ---Sky box
---- <Wi-Fi> --- Attic Deco ---- <Wi-Fi> ---Office Deco
What are the model numbers of the devices that intermittently dropped out?
Have you noticed any Deco X55 turned flashing red?
By the way, since the Mercusys 4G/5G router also works as a DHCP server, did you set Deco X55 into Access Point mode?
How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode
Wait for your reply and best regards.
