Model: M7450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: M7450(EU)_V2_210118

Greetings,

I need assistance with my TP-Link M7450 EU V2, which is stuck in a bootloop. The device displays the TP-Link logo but doesn’t proceed to the main screen.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1. Removed and reinserted the battery – no change.
  2. Removed the battery and plugged in USB power - Keeps on restarting
  3. Attempted a reset – no success.
  4. Connected to a PC – device not recognized, even in Device Manager.

Additional Information:

  • Contacted technical support, but calls either end after selecting options in the IVR or go unanswered.
  • The warranty has expired, so a replacement is likely not an option.
  • Searched for recovery solutions but only found information for the M7350 model.
  • After a few attempts, the device no longer powers on without a charger connected.

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi

It seems that you've tried all the possible troubleshooting steps, and you mentioned that the product has expired, so you consider buying a new one.

This would be my last tp link device then if there is no way to recover this. Pretty disappointed that for its price it turned out to be a disposable device.

thanks for your help in confirming that there is no other option.

  @Pawikan

Nkaka-dismaya nga. Kamahal-mahal. Sana nag-Smart Bro nalang ako, mas mura pa.

BTW, kailan mo nabili yung unit mo?

translation :

It’s really disappointing. It’s so expensive. I should have just gone with Smart Bro, it’s cheaper.

By the way, when did you buy your unit?
