Client identification

I enabled "client identification" to see what it does. Now I can't disable it? When I try to (in more>system>client identification) It just spins forever. I've rebooted the deco but no help.
How can i disable "client identification"?

Hi, Thank you! I was using my iPad which wasn't working. I tried it on my phone and it worked first time. Thanks again.

Hi,
Please make sure that your phone is connected to Deco WIFI and test again.
And you can also force to close the APP and then launch it and try.
