Hello

I seem to be expererincing issues with Xfintiy TV (Rogers version Canada)

TV boxes (multiple) will free stutter / Streaming Movies will drop and have to be restarted. Browsing Movie menus, pictures are not loading.

Singal Strength is fine "strong 5gh)

This seems to have gotten worse with the upgrade from .10 to .11

The speed test at the network performed well, with the iPhone and computer getting 200+ Mbps on Wi-Fi (not wired).

In addition, occasional video games will do the same thing; they just freeze like packets are not flowing.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshooting these devices.

Reviewed the log and ran it through some AI with the following feedback

"

Summary:

The log indicates issues with Wi-Fi network diagnostics (related to 802.11k measurements and beacon reports) and IPv6 multicast handling. The Wi-Fi device at A4:B1:C1:D0:7F:5A is experiencing problems with beacon reports, and the multicast proxy service (IMPROXY) is encountering errors with multicast group management on the br-lan interface using IPv6.

These errors could indicate misconfiguration, connectivity issues, or possible firmware/software problems on a network device like a router or access point.

"

Any suggestions would be grateful. I only purchased these devices this year.

  @Drubie

Thank you very much for the feedback.

Are you able to constantly reproduce this issue?

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Disable "Mesh Technology" on the Deco APP for the Xfinity TV.

2. Turn off "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP> More>Advanced.

3. Set the TV as "high priority".

4. Turn off "IPV6" under internet connection if ISP doesn't provide IPV6 service.

Thanks a lot and best regards.
