I connected my ARCHER BE550 to my Ont 2,5  of FASTWEB FTTH but I don't know how I must to configure the correct parametres to take connection.

To set iBE550 internet connection properly, you should contact your ISP for advise. It could be a "dynamic IP" of PPPoE - they should advise you on that.

Does BE 550 PRO comes with 2×2 MU-MIMO and how many steams available?

 

Need some clarifications on the specs

BE 550 states it comes with 2×2 MU-MIMO and 6 Streams to connect your devices to more bandwidth. 
However this inform is not reflected on BE 550 PRO.

These parameters are missing when it comes to BE550 Pro - details. Here's the public BE550 Pro datasheet.

Other than these details, only a TP-Link representative could provide more,but my guess is that they are pretty much the same.
