Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hi,

I have spare an old ARCHER C1200 router

I have already got a new router running at my home network.

I bought a new EPSON L3110 is USB printer recently.

I would like to reuse the old ARCHER C1200 router as an wireless access point + a printer server, but I have some doubts,

Questions:

1) Can you configure the C1200 router to be a wireless access point + a print server (print sharing)?

2) Would the print share utility able to support (able to detect) my EPSON usb printer?

Reference: https://www.tp-link.com/my/support/faq/1529/

Thank you.

Update your AC1200 v1 to the latest FW from here.

Switch to AP mode an configure using this guide (Case 1).

Use the guide you posted for configuring the print server.
