Phenomenon Description:

We have received users' feedback that there is a possibility that Archer BE230 may fail to recognize the USB Hard Drive or Flash Drive that is attached to its USB 3.0 port.

Workaround:

We understand this can be frustrating. Our development team has provided beta software to address this issue. If you're experiencing a similar issue, please upgrade and install the beta software on your Archer BE230, then check if the router recognizes the USB Drive successfully.
