Hi,

 

Model: Deco X60 v3.2

Firmware: 1.3.0 Build 20240830 Rel 50008

Deco iOS app version: 3.8.76

 

As per this article:

It is mentioned that X60 supports NordVPN configuration. 

 

However, I don't see this option VPN client. These are the options available:

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

The thread you mentioned says it supports WireGuard VPN Server/Client and built-in easy configuration of NordVPN/Surfshark VPN.  The screenshot you shared seems the first situation.

It is suggested to confirm again on your Deco app.

thanks for your reply. I can't understand what you're asking me to do. 
 

the screenshot I have shared is the first situation - can you please clarify the reference here?

 

Anyhow, the article mentions to go to More > Advanced > VPN Client 

 

However on my deco app, the VPN section is immediately in More section and NordVPN isn't appearing as an option under the VPN client. Here's a screen recording of the app.

Hi, sorry that I can not watch the screen recording you shared.

It is suggested to follow this guide to send the app log using the email address you registered on our community and we will consult senior engineering for further analysis.

  @Marvin_S I have send an email with the screenshots and the logs. The email is from the same email that this forum account is registered with.
