Hello, i bought new router AX 72 Pro V1 i using him as WIFI router. Modem is from my provider is Vodafone 5G station, i had problem with WiFi and cable internet when i have smart connection on, its cousing total lost of internet connection, for couple second or couple minutes. When i notice those drops i check app called Wifi man and i have huge packed loss. 

 

So i try figured by myself, i call to my provider day start deep inspection of my network and i call them back when my internet connection drop again. So i call them and they said my network is fully function, so problem is in AX 72 pro. I try bought new WiFi adapter into my PC exactly TP-Link Archer TXE72E, AXE5400 Wi-Fi 6E Bluetooth 5.3 PCIe and it not hleping. I full clear reinstall Windows 10 to Windows 11 and it was even worse.

 

Internet was changing to 2,4 Ghz with really slow speed or completely drop internet connection. When i notice internet connection drop AX 72 pro was fast bliking white color (first from left side). I was losing internet connection even at cable from router to TV settobox.

 

So i try to turn off  smart connection and it helps, after that i have zero internet connection drops. But i want use this feature. Can you help me with setup my router settings so i will can use it without problems? Im rly  sorry for my english. Thank you for your time and your responed.

  @Bakybakes Hello, so i dont know how i should confirm email communication, but i confirm it like this. Anyways today i had same drop like old days in 14:00 my internet connection drop out for couple minutes. Thi is system log:

Could you please confirm the following details to determine whether the issue lies with the AX72 Pro router or the TXE72E adapter?

1. Are other wireless devices, such as your phone or laptop, connecting stably to the internet when Smart Connect is enabled on the AX72 Pro? Please provide the models of these devices.

2. For the TXE72E adapter, please install the latest driver from the Intel website:
