Model: Archer AX53
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi,

The house i am renting has the fibre in such an awkward place and it's near impossible to run cables in my situation, so I recently purchased the Archer AX53 and while it has massively improved the performance in my house it's still not brilliant for gaming.

I'd like to connect a mesh node via ethernet to the back of my PS5 to get a better connection and another node upstairs in the bedroom for the Portal and or Steamdeck.

I was considering purchasing the Deco X50 set to do this and just want to know if this would work as well as I hope?

Many thanks for your help!

Hi @Deflergrate ,

The Archer AX53 supports EasyMesh Technology, it is recommended that you can consider adding a EasyMesh compatible router to expand the WiFI range.Such as another Archer AX53 router.

If you want to learn more about EasyMesh, please click What is EasyMesh?

If you want to learn more easymesh devices, please see EasyMesh lists.

When you get a new router, please refer to add a router to an EasyMesh network as a satellite device.
