@OeKintaro No luck,I still keep getting red light after 4 seconds.I keep pressing it for 1 minute and red light stays on.In the begining it turns from yellow to green for half a second then nothing,again a green light for a second but even if I keep pressing or releasing the reset it then changes to red.

@David-TP After installed 1.2.0 I tried to uboot my Deco X50-5G v1 following your instructions but after pressing the pin and turning on the power there is a steady yellow light for 1 second,a steady green light for 2-3 seconds and then stays on a red light not allowing me to complete the procedure.Is there another way to change the firmware;If a new stable firmware be released that is 1.2.x could I update it through browser as I did with this;

@juhovh Unfortunately I need to update my message, after working with the 1.2.0 firmware for over a month, my X50-5G is now showing the red light constantly since yesterday and is completely unusable.
I'll continue trying for a bit, but if this doesn't get resolved it's going back to the shop. Even if I can get it fixed and working, how can I guarantee it won't break again completely after months? Based on everything I know about spammy logging and all, I wouldn't be surprised if the device simply clogged itself over time, the software quality on this device is horrible and the hardware is underpowered.
Edit: Full reset and reinstalling the router using the Deco app fixed the problem for now, so I'll give the router one more chance. I'm still quite worried that this will become a common occurrence, since it got completely stuck out of nowhere. I will not install any beta software since it voids limited warranty, I need a proper fix as an official update. Just like my current 1.2.0 was an official update (and therefore did not void any warranty).

@juhovh I bricked my v1 x50-5g simply by updating its firmware and had to go through the support team to get a replacement HW. Once I received the replacement, also a v1, I left it with the factory firmware (1.13 I think) and I am planning on leaving it there. I got fiber installed this week at home, so next week when it is finally activated, I am disconnecting this hot mess and leaving it as a backup solution. It has been 15 months of fighting with disconnection and unwillingly beta-testing software on which my entire house/family relies upon. I am so ready to move on, honeslty.
On the one hand, I am thankful for the solution the system provided. I was able to move into this new house and work from home. But it cost me so many hours of torubleshooting and so many gray hairs.
I know the rest of my house LAN is solid, but this router took me to my limits and beyond.

It is a pure tragedy that a firmware update has been released that is obviously full of bugs and even more than a month after its release there is still no working update.
