Model: Archer AX53
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi I upgrade from default internet provide router to a AX53 hoping to get more coverage and better speeds.

Current picture is 30 devices, 9 wired between 2 additional gigabit switch, and all the rest on wifi, segregated between 5G, 2.4G Guest, and 2.4G IoT

2 of the devices hardwired are PS5 and a 4K TV, and the PS5 start to lost connection randomly showing message that could not connect to internet, that never happened with the previous router.

memory and cpu are fine, what could causing this issue?

Hi  @phods,

Are your 4K TV and PS5 connected directly to the router without any switch? If they are connected through a switch, please try to remove the switch to see if you can get the network stably without the switch? Are the connections of other wired devices stable?

Here are some suggestions may help you:
1. Check wired connections: If the affected devices are wired, try using different Ethernet cables and ports to rule out any issues with the connections.
2. Update client device drivers: Make sure the network adapter drivers on the affected client devices are up to date.
3. Disable router features: Temporarily disable advanced router features like Quality of Service (QoS) that may be causing compatibility issues with specific client devices.
4. Update router firmware: Check for and install any available firmware updates for the TP-Link router to address compatibility issues and improve stability.
