My ISP uses PPPoE and their default DNS is 8.8.8.8
                                                                         1.1.1.1

Hi@fahim001,

Setting different DNS (Domain Name System) servers on the router is mainly to optimize network performance, improve security, bypass restrictions or implement specific functions.

For example, using faster and more stable public DNS servers (such as Google DNS, Cloudflare DNS) can shorten the domain name resolution time and increase the web page loading speed.

  @fahim001

It makes sense to setup DNSs in DHCP setting if you want to use different than these of your ISP.

  @fahim001 If you look I think you will find that if you leave these blank your clients will use the router address as the dns server, and that will cause it to use the dns servers your router gets from your ISP.

So the answer to your question is "no" and "it won't make any difference".
