Deco M5 SSID resets to Default name
Hello,
I Purchased Deco M5 and was successful in configuring them and accessing the internet.
Issue is SSID resets to default name in about 10-20 secs, My ISP is configured on PPOE mode and the same is chosen in Deco app while inital set up.
I tried all methods like reset, even interchanged the deco units. But its off no help

Can you constantly reproduce this issue? Or Did it only happen once for now?
Was the WiFi SSID on the Deco APP changed as well?
-If it happens again, Could you please refer to this link to help me save a copy of the web UI system log:Deco web interface login
(Please save the log before restarting or resetting Deco and you could forward the log to support.forum@tp-link.com with subject forum ID#746960)
By the way, What is this "default name" here?

This issue happens everytime i change and save the SSID, it remains under the new SSID for about 30 secs and then changes back to the name Deco
Was the WiFi SSID on the Deco APP changed as well?
The SSID changed in the APP as well as in the available list of wifi network

I will do this once i get back to home, probably in about 5 hours from now

If yes, please remember to help me save the APP log.
By the way, if you can record a video clip of this issue, it would be very helpful.

Update:
The IP4 Connection had the internet connection type as PPPoE, whereas as IP6 had the IP settings as Dynamic which prompted this reset of SSID.
Issue resolved after I replicated the IP6 settings the same as IP4.
