i cant connect to my 5g internet 

and i do have 5g internet

Hi @eletrico,

If you fail to connect to the Wi-Fi of the power line extender, please try the below troubleshooting:
    1. Make sure connecting to the correct Wi-Fi name, usually named TP-Link_xxx.
    2. Make sure using the correct password, can double confirm the Wi-Fi password from the bottom label of the Power line extender.
    3. Confirm if using the Wi-Fi clone feature to clone the main router's SSID and password, hard reset and repair if not sure.
