Hi, I'm trying to configure the router but the page is blank I've tried resetting the router still no help.

Hi@rajat26,

Please make sure you are tagging a TP-Link Admin (my account) if you want a timely response. Unless we are tagged we do not see that new responses have been added. We do not subscribe to every thread so rely on Tagging to ensure responses.  

Please try to hard reset the router. If it still doesn't work, please contact local support for further help.

Hi  @rajat26,

Please try the following suggestions:

1. Try to refresh the page or login again;

2. Try different browser ;

3. If it doesn't work, please try to use Tether APP. How to setup TP-Link Wi-Fi Router on Tether APP

  @Joseph-TP hi I've tried on edge, firefox and chrome the issue is same so it's clearly a firmware issue. I've pppoe connection and want to use custom mac address which is not showing option on tether app.

HI  @rajat26,

We have not received any firmware issues regarding Archer C6 V2 recently, so no new firmware will be released for the time being.
Have you tried using a different phone or PC to log in to the management interface? Please also clear the cache of your phone's browser.

I've used tftp method to roll back now there is no option to update the router on the firmware page :/ even tether app is not showing any update
