Radius
Region : Austria
Model : TL-WPA4220
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 1.2.8 Build 140401 Rel.49960n
ISP : A1 Telekom Austria AG
Hi @all,
today I've bought the "300Mbps AV500 WiFi Powerline Extender / Model No. TL-WPA4220" by TP-Link.
I wanted to improve my wireless network and also provide some Ethernet connections.
—
But anyway, i found the point "WPA/WPA2" in the configuration menue of the adapter. There is an option to configure an RADIUS Server to authenticate with radius. I’ve tried my Windows Server 2012 R2 (Datacenter, properly configured) with an AD/DC and a hosted RADIUS Server (from IronWifi).
I’ve tried with both Server, but i am not able to connect over WiFi to my 802.1X Network.
In the logs of the Server I haven’t found anything! No request nothing… :-(
So I took a look in the logs of the TP-Link Adapter:
