TD-W8968 wifi modem not giving

Hardware Version : V4
Firmware Version : 0.6.0 1.4 v0019.0 Build 130812 Rel.55657n
ISP : MTNL
Hi team,
I am using TD-W8968 over past a year and suddenly i got issue with this modem since the wifi is working fine with my laptop but its not accessible to mobile and others devices. whenever i connect my mobile to this wifi, its giving me this "obtaining IP address" too long and i cant get inside this wifi. does it has to do something with the setting?
Kindly help me out as i have been trying to figure out since.
