Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20250719 Rel. 59911

My deco x3000 disconnects from the 5g network at least once a day. It is in Spain and it is with the DIGI network. It loses the network but there is still a wifi connection. It's only fixed if I restart. I have written down the firmware version. On a mobile and on an Archer MR550 4g+ it works without problem. It's a desperation because I don't know what more tests I can do. I leave you some screenshots:

I'd like to follow up on your case via email and forward it to the senior engineer for further assistance.

At the same time, could you please help me check the following details:

  • Would it improve the mobile stability if we set the "Network Mode" to "4G only"?
  • Would Deco X300-5G turn red during the disconnection?
  • Could you please help me save a copy of the web UI system log when the 5G dropped out again? (Please save the system log before restarting the router.)
