@mackworth I'm sorry mackworth I completly missed that for some reason or another I had a upload limit on the switch port the WAP is plugged in. I didn't even think to check until I tried another WAP...

@mackworth It is on by default but I have tried with it on and off. Same results. Download speed will change but nothing different with the upload.
