@Philbert everything I've done including set-up has all been through the APP on my iPhone. I will try deleting app and re-loading. thanks so much for your help anyway.

@Philbert it doesn't look like your photo, a bit different. the app version I have on my iPhone is ver. 3.0.33 other oc200 controllers I have connected to this app are working fine with stats etc.
