@Gblenn Hi, have you tried a short Ethernet cable to test? This kind of problem is usually caused by the quality and length of the Ethernet cable. And a reboot /reset may also solve the issue.

@Magikae Hi, as I know, the MAC filtering can not work for VPN clients. And I thought if the PC doesn't know the username/password and the pre-shared key, it can not connect to the VPN server.

@MvdB Hi, my OC200 has no similar issue, it is easy to upgrade to v5.9.32. Did you upgrade the firmware on the local controller? Is the controller running normally and has the internet?
