@Bebe1980 Do not put all devices in 2.4G band, it is very crowded. If you want, set a separate 5G only SSID for testing.

@DaleFay Are you sure it lost the settings by itself reset? If so, is your EAP firmware version the latest one? Maybe contacting the support team for a replacement is the best choice.

@Mrodriguez I usually suggest using the Iperf3 to test the speed, it gives the directest result. Tried changing the channel width to the biggest one, and enabling the Maxtream feature on the AP CPE.

@hyi Does it try to connect the SSID in high frequency? This log looks like this device connection failed. Is it affecting your network? Tried to close the privacy MAC on the client devices.
