@Solla-topee I did the following steps, 1. Reset the device. 2. Connected laptop and a mobile to RE300 (wifi SSID - TPLink_Extender) 3. Device haven't restarted, waited for 30min. Thanks, Sreejith.

I reset RE300 yesterday, still no luck. I am worried whether I bought a bad product from TP Link.
