@paul09 FYI for anyone else wanting h264 on c260: I emailed support using the template in this thread and had a firmware pushed within a day. It is working well, with main stream now in h264. Thanks!

@Solla-topee is there a reason why this isn't available as an option by default? I bought the camera mainly because the product page said h264. Even today the product page still says h264. I expect...
