@Clive_A What will happen then to those I don't configure in Policy routing? Let's say, I configured only one rule, for ports 443 and 80 to be routed to WAN1, and fail-over to WAN2 if WAN1 is down....

@Clive_A It's very hassle though coz I should configure manually one-by-one all the rules I want.
