Can i use 1 port for lan and wan? I connect isp to sg3428 then i use vlan for wan and lan with same port?

after pppoe my lan port 2 and 4 run on 10mbps half duplex but if i put to lan 1 and 3 its going back to 1000mbps full duplex anyone have a solution thank you

@woozle if ax10 not in mesh connection 20mbps than ax 10 back to mesh connection the bandwidth down again
