Hi,

Are you sure your client device actually switches itself over to the Wi-Fi of the AX10 router?

If unsure, can you please use some software or app to determine whether your client device is actually connected to the AX10 when you get only 2 Mbps?

Ok.

Can you please try the following?

Make sure the Cat6 Ethernet cable coming from the AX73 is plugged into the blue WAN port of the AX10.

Now reset the AX10 to factory settings by pressing and holding its "Reset" button for about 8 seconds.

Wait a while until the AX10 has booted up again.

The AX10 should now emit two Wi-Fi SSIDs. Something like TP-Link_xxxx and TP-Link_xxxx_5G.

Connect your client device to the network TP-Link_xxxx_5G using the Wireless Password/PIN that is printed on the label on the bottom of the AX10.

Now check if the speed is still only 2 Mbps.

It looks like this is an issue that TP-Link needs to investigate.

Hi, do you mean satellite router WiFi speed is 2Mbps when using EasyMesh Ethernet backhaul, while if you use AX10 as a regular AP mode without mesh, its WiFi speed can be 20Mbps?

When using EasyMesh ethernet backhaul, please connect a computer to the AX10 satellite via Ethernet cable to test if the issue is with both wired and wireless connection, or only WiFi speed slow.
