Maybe the firmware you are trying to upload is older than the current one, instead of newer.

Try setting Group Key Update Period on every SSID to 0.

Possible problems: 1. Your computer does not have an ip address in the 192.168.0.x subnet range. 2. There is also another device (maybe another AP) in the network with the same IP.

Not that it helps but AP500 also has the same problem. We will probably see a mass firmware upgrade for the whole line.
