@Hank21 BTW, link speeds were always 1200mbps in 802.11ax mode. My macbook pro has never connected to the APs at anything less.

@Hank21 Yes, I tried hardwiring the same laptop to the port where the AP was connected and got full speeds as expected. Just to follow up, I ended up completely 'forgetting' and physically resetting...

Quick note, the current version on the tp-link support site for the EAP673 only shows 1.0.3 firmware.. mine came with 1.0.4 but I see no place where this is listed.
