@Solla-topee "1. On the Tapo C120's Device Settings > Advanced Settings > Camera Account page, please turn off the Camera Account option." This worked! Thanks so much!

@SnosRap75 I'm using Agent DVR. But, even if I shut down the two sessions of Agent DVR, the Android app still gives the message. And it's just the one camera of three that is doing this.
