When to except the refund of the difference between the two plans after i upgraded to the new higher plan ?

I had 1 camera and bought 1st plan for subscription and then i bought 3 more cameras. The subscription i am on covers two cameras only. I tried to upgrade and pay the difference but couldn't find how...
