I had 1 camera and bought 1st plan for subscription and then i bought 3 more cameras. The subscription i am on covers two cameras only. I tried to upgrade and pay the difference but couldn't find how to do so.

the only option is to cancle this and re-subscribe to another plan and pay for both plans

do you have any other idea what to do ?

When to except the refund of the difference between the two plans after i upgraded to the new higher plan ?

Hi, 
As shown in the instructions below, if you upgrade the Tapo Care plan through Apple Pay on an iOS device, you need to pay the full price of the new Tapo Care plan and will get a prorated refund from the Apple Store for the unused time of the previous plan.

Since the refund is from the Apple Store, we do not have information on when you will get the refund, and it's suggested to contact Apple support to confirm. The following information on the Apple website may help you.
Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
