NAS unable scan Tapo C220 after FW upgrade from 1.1.6 to 1.1.9

I can not find the tapo camera at my NAS surveillance system after upgrade upgrade from 1.1.6 to 1.1.9. It works fine at 1.1.6. Is any way to rollback the FW?
