I can not find the tapo camera at my NAS surveillance system after upgrade upgrade from 1.1.6 to 1.1.9. It works fine at 1.1.6. Is any way to rollback the FW?

Hi,
It's unable to roll back the firmware of the Tapo camera, but I'll help you troubleshoot based on the latest firmware. In your case, you can refer to the link below to troubleshoot.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?

If the problem remains, please help confirm:
1) The test results of each step in the above instructions.
2) Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of your camera.
3) Try to change the camera password on the camera's Device Settings>Advanced Settings>Camera Account page, ensure the password does not include any special characters, and then try to establish the RTSP/ONVIF connection again.

Best Regards
