2-way audio is not active, How to change the region in setting of account.
I live in Manila Philippines but the restriction is for the Sultanate of Oman. How can i remove the restriction.

2-way audio is not active, How to change the region in setting of account.
I can not use 2-way audio function because the region of account is in Sultanate of Oman, I'm living in Viet Nam for now, how to active 2-way audio?
