I can not use 2-way audio function because the region of account is in Sultanate of Oman, I'm living in Viet Nam for now, how to active 2-way audio?

Please confirm the following information about the 2-way audio feature for further analysis.
  1. When you use the camera's 2-way audio feature in the Tapo app, does any error message appear that says you can't use this feature because the region code of your account is in Sultanate of Oman? If so, please send me a screenshot of the error message. 
If not, how do you confirm that failure to use the 2-way audio feature is because of the region code of your account?


  2. Please send the camera's MAC address to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

  3. What's your phone's model number and OS version? Please ensure that your Tapo app is up to date.


  4. Which country did you purchase your camera from?
