Not getting more than 20 mbps speed. However with dLink router getting 70 mbps speed. what could be the problem ?

Is guest network supposed to work in AP mode? I mean, it works, I can enable it, sent a SSID and password, but the guest network is not isolated . . . that's kinda the point of a guest network.
