Hello, for two days I see that the Tapo app is almost constantly running in the background once I open it in the morning. Note that ios background app refresh is already OFF. Any idea here?

The camera is switched to auto but does not switch to night mode the model is H200

Upon powering on, my device stays on with two red lights beside the main LED light. I cannot find the device to connect wifi. I tried resetting a lot of times, still stayed red no change. I have tried
