Hi all. Bough 2 x HS100 plugs. Installed first one with no issues and still working ok. 2nd plug would not register on wifi on iphone, ipad or mackbook. Contacted TPlink Tech and all they said was try soft boot and when that didn't work said it must be faulty and return it. Which I did and replaced unit will not show on wifi either. Going to return them all unless someone knows why my EE router will not register a 2nd plug ? Any ideas anyone ? Thanks

Hi, do you mean all your devices cannot see the Wi-Fi name of the smart plug when it's on default settings? Have you tried reset and different locations?

Hi yes tried all 3 and none would see 2nd plug, yes and reset it .
