Hi,

Just a quick question re the above. I installed the NC250 this morning, all good and running nicely alonside my NC220 camera on my phone. However, there is no date and time stamp on the NC250 when it's running in live mode and there is with the NC220. Any ideas why this is doing this? Thanks

Try the OSD option.

Thanks for the reply, where is the OSD option? I cannot seem to find it. Is it on my app or my laptop settings?

Access the cam admin interface. Go to Advanced > Video, there is "Time Stamp&On-Screen Display (OSD)" option, enable it.

Thanks, I've looked everywhere on my laptop setup and my android mobile phone set up and there is no "Advanced" option after entering the Admin interface..

What's the hardware and firmware version of your NC250? Could you share a screenshot of the admin interface? Maybe yours looks different than mine.
