NC200 doesn't work after re-set

Hi there, we are from Australia, we have a small online shop cm, we are using NC200 to monitor our warehouse, but yesterday when our power off -on, the monitor indicator start to display error, we tried to re-set, then it is out of service till now, we could do nothing, is there anyone could help us to find the root courses? thanks
