I can’t find out how to log on with the admin user. I can only log on to the cloud with my normal user but this give me no access to configure the camera. How do I set my admin user?

I supposs whenever you enter any login info our browser gives you an option to remember it, you should just say yes. Well, at least this always happens with me. That's why I never try to remember any of my passwords.

in that case, you have to hard reset the router and reconfigure it..
