Hi,

The NC220 1.0 live view does not work with Edge browser on Windows 10.

Can you please support the Edge browser?

Did you try installing plugin? Edge is based on Non-IE.

Checking your browser is 32bit or 64bit firstly.

then, go to tp-link official website to download the plug to install it.
