I had this problem and tried to re-sync location and time zone on the kassa app.  This was the recommended solution by to-link.  It did not fix the issue.  I then noticed there were a few firmware updates on the switches from the Kassa app.  Once I updated the switches, everything was in sync again.

switch to a different location and then change it back, it should be able to sync, but if no, the last method should be reset to it's default settings and reconfigure it.
