tpPLC App on Mac needs updating for Mojave after 10.13
The software that runs on the Mac, tpPLC is being depreciated after this current version of OSX. Is there a new updated version being prepared?

@Kevin_Z :
The beta app V1.2.3596.1 appears to work for me.
I can confirm that I can install the app, open the app and use the controls to view and change settings on the connected devices with the beta tpplc utility.
App installation on my Mac did require me to hold down the command key before opening it for the first time since it is an "unsigned" app which Apple doesn't recommend opening. That could be a showstopper for a significant part of your user base...
I did NOT attempt to do a firmware upgrade on any of my connected devices yet.

Working here too... the fonts need a little adjusting in the app, but given this is Beta... I understand why it's not polished.
Grateful for it to be working though. Looking forward to the offical release.
Thanks... :)

Why isn't this just some kind of open-source CLI program? Do we need it to be unmaintained bloatware?
I sadly don't have access to any windows laptops, nor unpatched Macs. Just linuxes left :/ while the mission-critical home network power-lines are down for unknown reasons.
How about updating the mobile device apps to work with ANY adapter on the network, not just the ones that directly support WiFi? I'm beyond confused as to how a company releases hardware products that have such limited capabilities to be supported in the wild like this. Even when this app works, it's clunky. I'm now sitting at WEEKS worth of time where I can't even begin to troubleshoot a performance issue in my home because I can't interrogate the hardware devices as their app either doesn't run at all on my Mac or doesn't support my hardware with the iOS or Android versions of the app.

Works for me in Catalina 10.15.1.
Great stuff; thanks TP-Link!
BTW, small thing but kudos to the application designers. I also just bought a C4000 TP-Link router and love it, and the applications share a design aesthetic and are easy to use. Contrast that with a competitor's products, where the applications and mobile apps are all over the place, duplicative, confusing, and look like something from 2004.

Beta Software is now launching correctly and I can see my two 1200 Mbps PLC devices, but I am unable to change the parameters. When saving I get a "Failed" message.

Model is TL-PA8030P.
I have the "failed" message attached, when saving the QoS parameters, or changing parameters under the "Mode" tab.
